While that's a double negative, Snoop makes a great point lol. When working with clients, I have a set of resources ready to share with them; these are resources I've personally used and trust. Whether you're working on a business venture, looking to get more out of your current project, or just need a push to get started on an idea – these resources will certainly help get you there. None of these are sponsored, they're just companies that will always take my money!
Print: I absolutely love MOO for printing business cards, stickers, and other types of collateral materials. They're timely and have yet to disappoint. And, prices aren't bad for the quality of paper and printing offered. If you're a student or have a student email, you can sign up with your student email and receive 15% off your first order.
Domains and email: I recently found out about Porkbun and really like them! Pricing for domains are very reasonable and if you decide to invest in a professional email [email@example.com], it's only $2/month. Their dashboard is easy to navigate and if you have a website with Squarespace, Weebly, or Wix, connecting your domain to your site is almost seamless. Although none of these are sponsored, I do have an affiliate link with them, so I would love it if you guys purchased your domains and emails using it!
Website: Everyone who's worked with me knows I swear by Squarespace. It's user-friendly and I love all of the beautiful templates offered. One of the best things about Squarespace is its all-in-one platform including analytics, customer management, SEO, social integration, etc. Sign up with your student email for 50% off the first year!
Email marketing: I've been using Mailchimp for a few years now, and while it has some limitations, it's a really good service when starting email marketing. It's very easy to use and it comes with email templates for all types of businesses. For those with HTML knowledge, you can also code your own custom template. Mailchimp is free for your first 2K subscribers!
Stock photos: This is probably one of my favorite websites right now – Unsplash. It is a carefully curated photography community with free stock images from the best photographers. When I came across this site, I fell in love. I really have a strong dislike for standard stock photography, so you can imagine how happy I was to find this. Try it out ;)
I hope these resources come in handy!
